From 2021 to 2022, I was part of the award-winning Aardman Animations team as a 3D Artist on the children’s television series Lloyd of the Flies, directed by Matt Walker.

Growing up as a mad Chicken Run fanboy, this was a childhood dream come true.

Peter Lord, (Mr Aardman himself) even showed us how he makes Morph. Another childhood dream.

Anyways, back to this thing…

My role spanned across the full 3D pipeline, from modelling characters, props, and sets to texturing and look development. Working on a project of this scale at Aardman that allowed me to flex both technical and creative skills, was pretty cool in my book.
